Savickio g. 4-7, LT-01108 Vilnius, phone +370 659 86 444, email aleksandras@omnia.cool, uses cookies and similar technologies on https://bafi.lt/ (the Website). This policy explains which cookies we use, why, and how you can control them. For more about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device (computer, phone, tablet). In this policy the word also covers similar technologies such as the browser's local storage. They let the Website work, remember your choices and, with your consent, count visits.
By purpose, cookies are:
- strictly necessary: needed for the Website to work, for sign-in and for security; no consent required;
- functional: remember choices and progress you ask for (language, player theme, frames watched);
- statistics: count how the Website is used; used only with your consent.
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel) or third-party analytics (Google Analytics). If we start, they will switch on only after your consent and we will update this policy.

When you click a payment button, Stripe's page opens. Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited) may set its own cookies there under its own cookie policy. We do not control them.
3. Consent and how to manage it
We use statistics cookies and count visits only after you click "Allow statistics" in the cookie bar. Until you agree, or if you choose "Necessary only", only necessary and functional cookies run and visits are not counted.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the Website, or by deleting cookies and local storage in your browser. Refusing statistics does not affect any feature.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can block or delete them in the browser settings (Google Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, Opera). If you block necessary cookies, sign-in and saved progress will not work.
4. Third-party technologies and transfers
The Website runs on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. Cloudflare may process your IP address and device data for security, and data may be transferred to the USA under the European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and standard contractual clauses. The payment page is run by Stripe under its own policy.
